By booking an appointment with Blossom Thai Massage and Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Policy

All treatments provided by Blossom Thai Massage and Spa are professional wellness services designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Because our offerings are services — not physical products — they are non-returnable and non-refundable once completed.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for services rendered. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us in advance to reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrival

Guests arriving late may receive a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full-service fee will still apply.

Payment Authorization

By providing your payment details at the time of booking, you authorize Blossom Thai Massage and Spa to charge the card on file for scheduled services, cancellation fees, no-show appointments, or any applicable charges under these terms.

Right to Refuse Service

Blossom Thai Massage and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or presenting conditions that may not be suitable for massage therapy.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment to ensure a safe and effective experience.
